Soup # 3
The In-Between Soup for the times when
"you ate a bit tooooo much". It does not mean it is the end of
the world, just make this soup and "catch-up" were you left off.
A Diet is not easy
and you do try to keep on track, but sometimes "you just can not help
yourself", but it's all OK in the BIG picture, you can do it....:) Just keep going it will all come into
place...:)
Also use my running exercise program below. Start with the easy
running, where it will be a pleasure to run and lose the weight instead
of a heavy tortured run to a walk in the park. Try it and see how the weight
will drop off and your health will get to a point that you will have springs at
the bottom of you feet. It was this way that I loss the weigh and kept it off.
Please let me know "how" you are doing and look at me as
your Personal Couch...:)

Recipe....
500 grams ( 1
lb.) -
Mushrooms
1 - Med onions.
1 - Med to Lg. Tomato
1 - Celery stack, (2 - if you do not use carrots.)
1 -- Green/red sw.
pepper.
1 -- Lg. carrot
(not for low GI)
2 - Stock
(low sodium).
2 - Tbsp
Olive oil.
2 - Tbsp
Flour.
1 - Tsp.
Paprika (optional)
1 to 2 -- Tbsp Tomato paste.
1/3 Cup
Green onions.
1/3 Cup
Parsley.
Pepper to taste.
Optional
Basil
Oregano
Salt to taste.
